We had laminated stickers and cards done by AlphaGraphics. They provided great service and very helpful as we decided what products would work best for us. We were waiting for weeks with another company so decided to reach out to AlphaGraphics based on a recommendation from someone else. Within a week we had completed projects in our hands. Their team was great to work with and very prompt in responding and completing the projects. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you!

Not sure they deserve one star... long story short I dropped off my info in person for a plaque order on a Monday around noon; after waiting 10 mins for someone to realize I was there, I was told that another employee would email me within a day for a quote and I could then agree on the work. I was also promised they should be able to get the entire thing done by end of the week, which was important for me before giving them my business. However, no email after 2 days so called Wed around noon and had to leave a VM. I basically reminded them that I was still waiting on my quote to at least let me know they wanted to do the work. 24 hours later I still hadn't received a call back or email so called again, this time the guy that waited on me Monday answered and apologized how the other mysterious staff have been busy with shows or something and that they would email me that quote that afternoon. 130PM the next day still nothing. By this time its Friday and I decided to take my business somewhere else, also knowing I will not meet my deadline. Atleast the one guy working in the shop was nice (wish I got his name) but sadly he isn't the one calling the shots. I see they have overall good reviews but I think it's important I let others know how poor their communication was; along with broken promises from lower level staff that don't have the means to quote work. So others should be aware of delayed quotes. I mean if they don't won't the work, atleast tell me so I am not waiting around for nothing. I know my project was likely on the small side but it's still a very poor way to do business and not a good way to gain a new potential repeat customer. I "could" have been such a repeat customer but instead I will not use any alphagraphics again (I assume this is a franchise...).

Alpha Graphics did an amazing job with very precious photos of my parents, enlarging enough but keeping the quality. They were able to also copy my mom's handwriting on the back, so special to us. They were fast and communication was great. Highly recommend.
